Associativar is a comprehensive association and club management platform designed for Portuguese sports clubs, federations, and associations. The platform provides the following services:
These terms govern your use of all services provided through the Associativar platform, including web applications, mobile interfaces, and any associated APIs.
By registering for an account on Associativar, you agree to the following obligations:

When using Associativar, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
The Associativar platform, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Associativar and protected by Portuguese and international intellectual property laws, including the Portuguese Industrial Property Code (Código da Propriedade Industrial).
You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Associativar a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
The Associativar name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Associativar. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. Club logos and names uploaded by users remain the property of their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese law, including the Portuguese Civil Code (Código Civil Português), Associativar's liability is limited as follows:
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
While we implement reasonable measures to ensure data integrity, we are not liable for data loss or corruption resulting from user actions, third-party services, or events beyond our control.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese law.
As a consumer using Associativar, you are entitled to the following rights under Portuguese consumer protection law (Lei n.º 24/96):
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting your club administrator or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings. Upon termination:

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication with our support team or your club administrator.
For consumer disputes, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or contact a Portuguese consumer arbitration center (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo).
If informal resolution and alternative dispute resolution are unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through the Portuguese courts, as specified in the Applicable Jurisdiction section.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through alternative dispute resolution, the competent courts are those of the judicial district where the consumer resides (for consumer disputes) or the courts of Lisbon (for other disputes), in accordance with Portuguese procedural law.
